All bookings are subject to availability. We require a deposit or full payment prior to confirming the booking, depending on the nature of the move.
We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Payment must be made in full before the moving date unless otherwise agreed. If a payment is not received in time, we may cancel or reschedule the move. Additional fees may apply if the scope of the move changes after booking.

We will inform you of any significant delays or changes as soon as possible. You agree that Windermere Movers is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by delays.
Windermere Movers provides basic liability coverage for goods moved. However, this coverage may not fully protect valuable items. We recommend that you obtain additional insurance for high-value items (e.g., electronics, antiques, artwork). You can contact your insurance provider or ask us about options for additional coverage. Windermere Movers is not responsible for damages to items that were improperly packed, or for damages caused by natural disasters, theft, or mishandling during transit if those items were left outside of our control.
If any of your belongings are damaged during the move, please notify us immediately upon delivery and filing a claim. We will investigate and resolve the claim in accordance with our insurance policies. Claims for damage must be submitted within [7-10] business days from the completion of the move.
You may cancel or reschedule your move by providing us with at least [48 hours] notice prior to the scheduled moving date.
